What do I get for the price?
A brand new Pixel with GrapheneOS installed and verified, your apps set up, Signal with a username so your number stays private, a Faraday pouch, a 12-month warranty and 12 months of support on WhatsApp.
Can you read my messages?
No. We don't run any app, server or network. Your messages go through the apps you choose, like Signal, end-to-end encrypted. After handover, we have no access to your phone at all.
How is this different from “encrypted phone” services?
Those were closed systems with their own app and servers, so whoever ran the servers could read everything. Here, nothing of ours is in the loop: an open-source system, independent apps, and a boot ID you check yourself.
What is GrapheneOS?
A free, open-source Android built for privacy and security. It only runs on Pixels. Made by an independent non-profit, not Google.
Is it legal?
Yes. It's open-source software anyone can install. We're an independent reseller, not affiliated with Google or GrapheneOS.
How do I know it's genuine?
On boot, the phone shows an ID. It must match the one published on grapheneos.org for your model. We check it with you, and you can factory reset it yourself.
Do banking apps work?
Many UK banks work through sandboxed Google Play. Some don't. We test yours before you pay.
WhatsApp, Signal, Google apps?
All work. Google Play is optional, sandboxed, with no special access.
Which model should I pick?
The Pixel 9a for most people. A Pro for the camera, a Pro XL for screen and battery.
How do updates work?
Automatic, straight from GrapheneOS. We have no access to your phone. Every model is supported until 2030 or later.
Warranty and returns?
12-month warranty. Changed your mind? Send it back within 14 days for a full refund.
Something goes wrong?
Message us. During the warranty, we fix or reinstall it for free.
Can I reach you on Signal?
Yes. Use the Signal button at the top of the page. WhatsApp is just the fastest way to send an order.
I need it fast. Can you do tomorrow?
Yes, with Express London handover: next day, anywhere in London, for £129 instead of £79. We confirm on WhatsApp or Signal.
What is "Set up around your life"?
A 15-minute chat about how you work, travel and who you deal with. Then we set the phone up around that, not around a template. £99.
Where in London?
Anywhere in Greater London. Allow 30 minutes: we check the phone together and set it up.
Can I go back to normal Android?
Yes, any time. We do it for free.
Do I pay before I see the phone?
Not for handover or Click & Collect: a 20% deposit at most. Delivery is paid upfront, with 14 days to return it.
Do you see what's on my phone?
Never. You choose your own passwords, and after handover we have no access to the phone at all.
What do you keep about me?
A way to reach you and your order. Nothing from the phone. Paying cash? A first name is enough.
